The Accounting Office is requesting all Accountable Officers (AO) with outstanding cash advances (including travel) that are due for liquidation as of December 31, 2016 to submit documents for closing on or before 10:00 AM, January 6, 2017. Any cash refund with Official Receipt (OR) dated after December 31, 2016, remaining outstanding as of December 31, 2016.

The Accounting Office was given a deadline to submit list of employees with outstanding cash advances by 12:00 PM, January 6, 2017 for PBB purposes.
